Mastery
Progress you earn
We never count minutes or pages. A module counts as done when you can show you know it.
An assessment after every lesson
Lessons open one at a time. Each ends with its own assessment: four questions on understanding, two problems that apply the lesson, and a short written explanation in your own words. Every part must be passed, and the next lesson opens only when it is.
Every attempt is new
There is no fixed list of questions to learn. Each attempt is written for you when you start it, with new numbers, markets and situations, and you are never given the same question twice. Calculations use fresh figures. Market scenarios are built from real past price windows you have not seen.
Module assessments
When every lesson of a module is passed, the module assessment opens. It has separate parts for understanding, calculation, market scenarios and written explanation, followed by a practical in the simulator on a market replay you have not seen.
- Each part is judged on its own. A strong result in one part never makes up for a weak one in another.
- The bars are high: understanding must be perfect, one slip in six is allowed on calculations, two of three written explanations must convince both examiners, and every scenario and case must be right. In Orientation every part must be perfect.
- The practical needs at least two complete trades with written plans, no more than 1% of the virtual account at risk on any trade, the account kept within 4% of its peak, and a decision-quality score of 75 or more on every trade. Any rule breach fails it.
- Written answers are marked independently by two examiners on the reasoning, not on keywords. They must be your own words, typed in the box.
- Every part is timed: 30 minutes for a lesson assessment, 90 minutes for the module questions and 90 for the practical.
Pauses between attempts
Retakes are unlimited. After a module assessment the next attempt opens 48 hours later, and after a lesson assessment that is not passed, 4 hours later. The pause is there so you go back to the lessons, not straight back to the questions.
Re-checks at 30 and 90 days
Thirty days after you master a module, and again at ninety days, a short re-check comes due. Pass it and the module stays mastered. Miss it and the module is marked for review: you sit the full assessment again before the next module reopens.
Practice that is scored on decisions
In the simulator every order needs a plan first: why you are trading, where you enter, where the idea is wrong and where you will take profit. When a trade closes, you write a short review. Each trade gets a decision-quality score from 0 to 100 for planning, risk, rules, execution, exits and review. A careful trade that loses can score well. A careless trade that wins scores badly.
Certificate
Master all twelve modules and you receive a certificate of Academy completion, with a code anyone can check on this site. It records that you completed the course. It is not an entry route to anything else.
Skill levels A to G
After the course you can show skill levels, one market group at a time: crypto, currencies, shares and funds, bonds, built products, and commodities. Each level needs more modules, more decisions and more forward sessions than the one before. Levels D to G also need the desk exam and the final evaluation, taken with no tutor. A level is a skill record in the simulator. It does not give money, work, an interview or a real trading account.
What each level needs
Every level also needs a knowledge score of 90% or more, no risk rule broken in assessed work and no key skill that has slipped. With too few results the answer is "not enough evidence yet", never a pass.
| Level | Modules | Decisions | Forward sessions | Playbooks | Rules followed | Results | Tests | Score card |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| C: Strategy | 9 | 50 | 10 | 1 | 95% | – | – | consistency, playbook adherence |
| D: Professional Simulation | 12 | 300 | 60 | 1 | 95% | above zero, cautious end too; drop at most 4% | desk exam and final evaluation | consistency, playbook adherence, retention, unseen transfer, risk compliance |
| E: Advanced | 12 | 400 | 80 | 1 | 97% | above zero, cautious end too; drop at most 4% | desk exam and final evaluation | all ten parts |
