MUZA MUZA ACADEMY

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is the Academy for?

Adults who want a structured, serious education in trading: how markets work, how to manage risk and how to judge their own decisions. No prior experience is needed for Orientation and Module 1.

What does it cost?

USD 250 a month. Orientation is free with a confirmed account. There are no other plans and no extras to buy.

How do I pay?

Today, in USDT on the MUZA network: the checkout shows the exact amount and address, and your access opens automatically once the payment is confirmed. Card payment is coming soon.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from your account page. Nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable after access begins. Before payment, you must expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge its effect on any cooling-off or withdrawal right. The no-refund rule does not affect any remedy required by applicable law, such as a duplicate charge, a charge taken after an effective cancellation or failure to provide paid access. To raise such an issue, email support@muzacapital.store from the email address associated with your account.

Who sells the Academy?

Sold by Muza Technologies, 50 Long Street, Cape Town, 8000, South Africa — registration number (to be confirmed).

Is the simulator real money?

No. Every balance, order and profit or loss in the simulator is virtual. It uses live market prices, but it cannot reach a real account or place a real trade.

Will Vesper tell me what to buy?

No. Vesper teaches, explains and quizzes you on the course. It never gives advice about your own money, and questions of that kind are declined.

Does finishing the Academy lead to a job or trading capital?

Buying this does not give you a place, priority or advantage at any trading firm. The certificate records that you completed the course, nothing more.

How long does it take?

That depends on you. Progress is by mastery, not time. The standard is high and most people need more than one attempt at some assessments. There are 4 hours between attempts at a lesson and 48 hours between attempts at a module, so no module can be rushed.

What happens to my data?

We keep only what we need to run your account and course. You can download a copy or delete your account from the account page. The privacy notice explains the details.
