1. Education only

MUZA Trading Academy provides general trading education through written courses, assessments, a virtual-money market simulator and an AI tutor.

The Academy does not provide investment, financial, brokerage, legal, accounting or tax advice. Nothing in the Academy is an offer, solicitation or personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to follow any strategy.

You should obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making financial, legal or tax decisions.

2. Risk of loss

Trading and investing involve a substantial risk of loss. Prices may move rapidly, liquidity may disappear, and leverage may increase both gains and losses. It is possible to lose all money committed to a transaction and, depending on the product used outside the Academy, more than the amount initially committed.

The Academy does not assess your financial position, objectives, experience, risk tolerance or the suitability of any real transaction.

3. Simulated results

The Academy simulator uses virtual money only. It cannot reach, control or place orders in a real account.

Simulated trading differs from real trading. It may not reproduce actual liquidity, slippage, fees, latency, market impact, emotional pressure, counterparty risk or execution conditions. Results achieved in the simulator do not predict results in real markets.

4. AI tutor

The AI tutor teaches, quizzes and explains course material. It is not a financial adviser and never provides personal investment recommendations.

A technical filter is designed to withhold answers that read like buy or sell recommendations, but automated systems may make mistakes. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not use an AI tutor response as an instruction to enter, exit or size a real trade.

5. No performance promise

Past performance of any market, asset, trader or strategy does not guarantee future results.

Examples, exercises and hypothetical results are educational illustrations. They are not promises or forecasts of income, profits, employment, funding or trading success.

6. No broker, exchange or employer relationship

The Academy is an online school. It is not acting as your broker, exchange, investment manager, financial adviser or employer.

A subscription does not create an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary or brokerage relationship.

Buying this does not give you a place, priority or advantage at any trading firm.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to participate in real markets outside the Academy. Before risking real money, understand the product, venue, fees, applicable law and maximum possible loss.

Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Where appropriate, seek advice from a licensed financial professional and locally qualified legal or tax counsel.
